Legen is a word coming from the Javanese language, namely "Legi" which means Sweet. Taken from fermented palm tree sap Legen also presented as a signature welcome drink at our restaurant.

MEET OUR CHEFS

Chef Ah Boon has been cooking for over 25 years, he combines Asian cooking techniques and mixes unique variations from Asian to Chinese ingredients to create simple recipes that have strong flavors in his dishes. For nearly 32 years of experience, Chef Gatot has been a chef at Parador Hotels & Resorts for more than 10 years. His special expertise is Italian and Indonesian, as well as Australian and German dishes.
